1. Basis
These terms apply to all offerings, services, and products provided by ATG Academy Vibecke Garnaas.
By using this website and/or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
These are the structures that hold the work.
2. Offerings
The work is offered through:
- courses and programmes (digital and live)
- 1:1 work
- groups and processes
- retreats and in-person gatherings
- digital products
Each offering is described on its own page.
This description forms the basis of the delivery.
3. Payment
For retreats, separate payment and cancellation terms apply, see section 5.
4. Delivery
Digital offerings are normally made available shortly after purchase.
Live work and programmes follow a defined structure and timeframe.
Retreats take place at the specified location and time.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Digital offerings
By purchasing digital offerings, you consent to the delivery starting immediately.
This means that the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
No refunds are provided after purchase.
Programmes and 1:1 work
Once the work has started, payment is non-refundable.
Retreats
Your place is reserved upon registration.
Payment for retreats is made in two stages:
- a deposit upon registration
- the remaining balance due no later than 60 days before the retreat
The deposit amount depends on the scope of the individual retreat and is specified in the offering.
The deposit amount is clearly stated prior to registration.
The deposit constitutes a maximum of 50% of the total price.
The deposit is non-refundable and reflects commitments and costs incurred when reserving your place.
By registering, you commit to the full amount.
Failure to pay the remaining balance is not considered a cancellation and does not remove your payment obligation.
In the event of cancellation:
- more than 60 days before the start: refund of the amount paid, minus the deposit
- less than 60 days before the start: no refund
This applies regardless of participation or completion.
The place is held within the structure required for the work and is therefore not transferable.
Retreats are time-specific events and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
6. Changes
Changes may occur if necessary to hold the work together.
This may include:
- timing
- structure
- format
In the event of cancellation, either a new date or a refund of the amount paid will be offered.
7. Responsibility
The work offered is not treatment.
It does not replace medical or psychological care.
Participation is at your own responsibility.
8. Materials
All content belongs to ATG Academy Vibecke Garnaas.
Materials may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in a separate privacy policy.

11. Retreats – specific terms
Your place is reserved upon registration.
The retreat is held within a structure that allows the work to take place.
At the same time, adjustments may occur if necessary for the overall process.
Travel and accommodation
You are responsible for:
- travel to and from the retreat
- necessary documentation
- travel insurance
It is recommended to have insurance covering illness and cancellation.
Illness and absence
In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, the same cancellation terms apply.
No refunds are provided beyond this.
Any coverage must be handled through your own insurance.
Implementation
The work follows an overall structure.
Adjustments may occur during the process if necessary for the whole.
This may include:
- sequence
- format
- framework
Cancellation by organiser
If the retreat cannot be carried out, the following will be offered:
- a new date
or - a refund of the amount paid
Costs related to travel or other external expenses are not covered.
Minimum participants
The retreat requires a minimum number of participants.
If this is not reached, the retreat may be rescheduled or cancelled.
Responsibility
Participation is at your own responsibility.
You are responsible for assessing what is right for you to engage in.
The work does not replace medical or psychological care.
12. Transport during the retreat
The retreat may take place across multiple locations.
Transport between locations is not included, unless otherwise specified for the individual retreat.
You are responsible for getting to and from the different locations where the work takes place.
This normally requires access to your own transport, such as a rental car.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes will be sought resolved through dialogue.
If this does not lead to a resolution, the matter will be handled in accordance with Norwegian law and Norwegian courts.
